Two enterprise B2B products shipped within 48 hours of each other in mid-September, and together they redefine what “prospecting” is supposed to mean. Informa TechTarget launched Buyer Intelligence, and on September 15 Demandbase announced Mojo. Both convert what a named buyer is actually reading into finished sales work. Neither release includes pricing, which is its own signal about the intended buyer.
Buyer Intelligence bundles three AI skills on top of person-level content-consumption data: Pain Points, Pitch Assist, and Persona and ICP Intelligence. Per Demand Gen Report’s brief, Pitch Assist “surfaces AI-generated messaging guidance tailored to each account’s specific business problems,” and Persona and ICP Intelligence produces “a ranked market map of which customer segments are actively in-market now.” The reframing is quiet but structural. Fit is no longer the primary filter. Present intent is.
Demandbase’s Mojo pushes the same logic downstream into execution, running campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Marketo, Salesforce, and Slack from a single brief. Gabe Rogol, CEO of Demandbase, framed the pitch bluntly: teams have been stuck in “the same manual grind for 20 years: building complex B2B campaigns across a dozen disconnected tools.” The company backed the framing with a 72-hour sample from Demandbase AI Chat covering 1,240 questions, 252 users, and 176 companies. List building accounted for nearly 20% of prompts. Campaign ROI and attribution took another 17%.
HubSpot’s Fall ’26 Spotlight, covered here on September 16, pushed its Prospecting Agent to monitor more than 40 buying signals. The category consensus formed inside a week: intent-aware prospecting is table stakes now, not a differentiator.
Which brings us to the actual story. Small B2B teams (roughly 5 to 30 people) aren’t buying enterprise ABM stacks, and they don’t have the SDR headcount to operate one. Yet 86% of solopreneurs now try AI before hiring anyone, and the same substitution logic is moving up-market fast. What owner-founders need is the outcome (in-market accounts, prepared outreach) without the operating burden.
That’s the job LemonLime is built to do. It evaluates over 50 lead-source, targeting-method, and buying-signal types to identify high-potential B2B prospects and delivers prepared personalized outreach attached, in a daily 9 AM email, with no dashboard to run. See lemonlime.com.
The old moat was intent data itself. The new one is who can act on it without a stack.
